GCAC Application for College Scholarship 2012 Available LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga., (January 13, 2012) - The Gwinnett County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. 2012 Application for College Scholarship is now available for high school seniors. African-American senior students who attend a high school in Gwinnett County, except Centerville, Snellville and Loganville are eligible to apply.  Application must be postmarked by February 16, 2012.
