Customers in Buford and Suwanee can now find Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine at the Gold’s Gym in Suwanee, located at 245 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, and at the American Bodyworks in Buford, located at 4949 Friendship Road. 

Fresh 'n Fit Cuisine makes healthy eating convenient, affordable and enjoyable. Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine recently revamped its menu to include delicious new recipes and six-week meal rotations to ensure customers never tire of repeatedly eating the same dishes. Some of the appetizing offerings include Salmon Pinwheels, Greek Chicken Pasta Salad, Tex-Mex Fajitas and Steak, Portabello and Brie Quesadillas. 

For further convenience, Fresh ‘n Fit Cuisine now offers the options of three-day and four-day meal plans in addition to the standard five-day and seven-day plans. Each plan includes three fresh meals per day, and customers can choose from two different calorie portions – either 1,200 or 2,000 calories per day – for as little as $20 a day.
