2010 Braves Country Caravan Presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors to Stop at Gwinnett Stadium
Lawrenceville, Ga. (February 3, 2010) - The Atlanta Braves are coming to a town near you, January 30 - February 13, with the biggest Braves Community Caravan ever, presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors. With nearly 40 stops in Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, the Braves will travel more than 3,000 miles and meet thousands of fans during a two week stretch before the team heads to Orlando for Spring Training.
On Saturday, February 13th from 11:00 - 3:00 p.m. the Braves Caravan will stop for a Play Day at Gwinnett Stadium. G-Braves 2010 Season Ticket Holders are invited to an exclusive VIP hour from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Fans interested in gaining access to the special VIP hour may call (678) 277-0340 or visit gwinnettbraves.com for more information on becoming a 2010 Season Ticket Holder.
Gwinnett Play Day activities include:
· Autograph sessions with current and former Braves - players scheduled to attend include Brian Jordan, Javy Lopez, Pete Smith and more to be announced!

· Run the bases
· Clubhouse tours
· Braves inflatables
· Dugout photo opportunity
· Braves memorabilia auction
Chopper will also be at the Braves Community Caravan stop on Monday, February 8 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Publix (1000 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Suwanee). Braves players scheduled to attend are Brian McCann, Jo-Jo Reyes, Mike Dunn, Manager Bobby Cox, coach Roger McDowell, team president John Schuerholz, Hall of Famer Don Sutton, and alumni Brian Jordan.
