Actions Taken by the Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission at its June 11 Meeting

Atlanta (June 18, 2009) — The Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission met on Thursday, June 11, 2009.

The Commission voted to renew the following promoters’ licenses:
Southeastern Fighting Championship, Meigs
Fight Party Productions, Atlanta
Full Throttle Entertainment, Smyrna
Undisputed Productions, Smyrna

The Commission voted to table a vote to issue a promoter’s license to World Class Boxing USA.

The Commission voted to approve the following event permits:
Bangkok Boxing LLC, Atlanta: September 19, 2009 (Mixed Martial Arts)
Fight Party Productions, Marietta: July 17, 2009 (Mixed Martial Arts)
Full Throttle Entertainment, Duluth: July 25, 2009 (Mixed Martial Arts)
Southeastern Fighting Championship Event, Thomasville: September 26, 2009 (Mixed Martial Arts)
