Actions Taken by the Georgia Auctioneer Commission at its June 15 Meeting

Macon, Ga. (June 18, 2009) — The Georgia Auctioneer Commission met on Monday, June 15, 2009.

The Commission voted to approve the following applicants for licensure as auctioneer companies:
N GA Powersports Auction, Armuchee
Ultimate Auction Company, Chatsworth
Douglas Perimeter Flea Market, Douglas
Nick’s Auction, Douglas
ListaBid, LLC, Gainesville
Georgia Border Auction, Hartwell
Frank's Wheeling and Dealing Flea Market, Millen

The Commission voted to approve the following applicant for licensure as an auctioneer:
Leslie Marie Bass, Lilburn

The Commission voted to approve the following applicants for licensure as non-resident auctioneers:
Eugene Klingaman, Columbia City, IN
Rex Defoe Schrader II, Columbia City, IN
Stanley Herbert Rosen, Las Vegas, NV
James Roy Fiddie, Jr., Moncks Corner, SC
Daniel Flynn, Quincy, MA
Ronald Colyer, Ten Mile, TN
Edward Emmett Hagins, Myrtle Beach, SC
Lee Danhauer, Winston Salem, NC

The Commission voted to approve the following applicant for licensure as a non-resident auctioneer company:
C King Benefits, Gadsden, AL

The Commission voted to approve Florida Auctioneer Academy, Inc. in Clermont, FL as a continuing education provider. The Commission voted to deny the application for approval as a continuing education provider of Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership Center located in Winter Park, FL.

The Georgia Auctioneer Commission will hold its next meeting on Monday, August 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Office in Macon.
