ATLANTA – (July 21, 2009) – Back-to-school season is just around the corner, and with Georgia’s Tax Free Holiday, Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, Mall of Georgia, Gwinnett Place Mall, Discover Mills, Northlake Mall and Town Center at Cobb are gearing up to help shoppers with the latest fall fashions, electronics and other needs for starting the school year off right.

From Thursday, July 30 – Sunday, August 2, Atlanta-area area shoppers can enjoy a state sales-tax exemption on school supplies, clothing, computers and other back-to-school necessities. But the deals don’t end there – Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, Mall of Georgia, Gwinnett Place Mall, Discover Mills, Northlake Mall and Town Center at Cobb will help shoppers save even more through retailer coupons and other special offerings available online at the Simon Retailer Showcase, www.simon.com. 

In addition to the variety of special offers from retailers, Atlanta-area Simon malls will host back-to-school events and charitable programs throughout the tax-free holiday weekend.
