Actions Taken by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy at its April 23 Meeting

Macon, Ga. (April 24, 2008) — The Georgia State Board of Accountancy held its meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2008.

   The Board voted to accept a Voluntary Cease and Desist Order from the following individual for unlicensed practice:

     Fred L. Phillips, Canton

   The Georgia State Board of Accountancy will hold its next meeting Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. at the Professional Licensing Boards Division in Macon, Georgia.
