Atlantic Station expands offerings in 2006
Concerts, Charitable Events, Restaurant Openings are Highlights for March, April

ATLANTA – (Feb. 28, 2006) – Atlantic Station, Atlanta's newest mixed-use community in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, announces a full lineup of events in early 2006, including concerts, retail and restaurant openings, festivals as well as charitable fundraising events.

   In February, Atlantic Station restaurants Rosa Mexicano, and Strip Steaks & Sushi, as well as the TWELVE Hotel, opened to the public. The following are the highlights for coming months:

March

Scheduled retail openings include:

   Bonehead's Fish & Piri-Piri Chicken is a new restaurant concept developed by Atlanta-based Raving Brands, Inc. The fast-casual restaurant will feature fresh seafood, gourmet sides and other healthy menu items.
Wolf Camera is the leader in the photo-retailing industry and has been a family-run business since the early 1900s.

   Featured events include:
   Master Sculptors of Zimbabwe Exhibit (March 1-April 15) -
Friends Forever Zimbabwe and Garson & Shaw of Atlanta have partnered to bring "Master Sculptors of Zimbabwe" to Atlanta. The exhibit will feature contemporary, original and unique art pieces for sale. The exhibit, show and sale will take place in the Level 2 shops above Jos A. Bank and White House Black Market.

   Junior League of Atlanta ShamRock & Roll (March 12) – Junior
League of Atlanta celebrates St. Patrick's Day early with this annual 5K and 10K race, music, food and festivities. All proceeds benefit The Junior League of Atlanta and its community partners. To register, visit www.jlatlanta.org/10k/ .

   2006 Independent Black Film Festival (March 12-15) – Fox
Sports Grill and Regal Cinemas welcome the IBFF to Atlantic Station.
"Celebrating Diversity in the Reels" is the theme for this year's festival which showcases a diverse mix of filmmakers and enthusiasts and serves as a stage for film sales and distribution. For information, visit www.indieblackfilm.com.

   St. Patrick's Day Party (March 16-18) – Atlantic Station will
present musical entertainment in Central Park. The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales will also be on-site during many of the festivities. The events are free and open to the public. Visit www.atlanticstation.com for more information and lineup of entertainment.

·   High Museum Wine Auction (March 30-April 1) – Atlantic Station
and the High

   Museum partner to invite Atlanta to "Toast a New High – Ooh La La!"

   Earth Share of Georgia Events (April 21-22) – For Earth Day
2006, Earth Share of Georgia will host three events in Atlantic Station to celebrate progress and promote environmental stewardship to the community, including a breakfast and an evening gala. For more information, visit www.earthsharega.com .

   American Lung Association Asthma Walk (April 29) – The Asthma
Walk is a nationwide effort to bring attention to this chronic illness. For more information visit www.alaga.org .

   Special Olympics Duck Derby (April 29) – Watch hundreds of
rubber ducks "race" across the lake and under the bridge in Commons Park. Patrons can purchase a duck in support of the Special Olympics – five winners will receive prizes donated by event sponsors. For information visit www.specialolympicsga.com .

   Radiant Systems Atlantic Station Sprint for Cancer (April 30)
– The Atlantic Station Sprint for Cancer presented by Radiant Systems is a 5K/10K benefiting the Georgia Cancer Foundation and North Fulton Community Charities. For more information, visit www.radrun.com .
