The Clean Air Campaign® Welcomes Fifty-Two
New Employer Partners
New Employer Partners join more than 450 regional employers
involved in clean air efforts
ATLANTA (July 07, 2005) The Clean Air Campaign® welcomes 52 new employers to its Partnership program. The addition of these employers brings the total number of Clean Air Campaign Partners to 459 across the 20-county region.
"These new employer Partners have made a commitment to address metro Atlanta's year-round air quality and traffic congestion challenges over the long-term," said Ellen Macht, executive director of The Clean Air Campaign. “As employers and property managers continue to follow these examples, the entire region benefits from their good work.”

The Clean Air Campaign’s free employer service program is part of a multi-tiered effort to reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality throughout the 20-county region. Each Partner is assigned a level of Participant, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum (the highest level) based on the elements of its program and its commitment to providing transportation choices for employees.
The Clean Air Campaign's outreach coordinators provide on-site program development, ongoing program support through no-cost transportation fairs, marketing tools, training seminars and networking programs. Partners also have an opportunity to receive recognition at the annual PACE Awards honoring the best commute option programs, scheduled this year for October 6th.
